New and improved idea: money and criminals. Every criminal needs to legitimize their money in order to spend it freely because if they don't, somebody is going to see the criminal living way beyond their legitimate means.
An interesting idea but nothing new and covered in dozens, if not hundreds of major films and shows in one way or another:
